Dual line centralized lubricating systems are divided into the following four major types according to drive method and piping system:
(1) Manually operated end type system
(2) Motor driven lance type system
(3) Motor driven end type system
(4) Motor driven loop type system

• For details on oil use of a dual line centralized lubricating system, consult us separately.
• The number of lubricating ports and allowable piping (for loop type: length of loop section, for end and lance types: length from pump to terminal) in the above table are shown as the equivalence of the NLGI consistency #1 grease and DV-30 type distributing valve.
• Replenish the pumps and tank with grease by using a grease filling pump via the replenishing port.
